The Termeer Maximus 13.50 OK that we offer is in good condition and fully ready to sail. The yacht is entirely yard built, with the hull insulated above the waterline with rockwool. The hull and the boat's underwatership were professionally taken care of in May 2017. The hull is painted 3 times with 2-component paint of IJssel coatings. The underwater ship has new antifouling and anodes also May 2017.
There is a double steering position so that the boat can also be sailed from the cockpit, with steering wheel, gas, bow and stern thruster controls. The cockpit has teak on the floor and a door to the swimming platform. The wooden mast can be lowered so the passage height is only 3.10 meters.
The interior offers a lot of comfort and is also ideal for long stay on board or perhaps even permanent living. There is remarkable lots of headroom in the entire ship and also the head is suitable for long people. Upon entering, there is a seating area on the left and a storage unit on the right. From this room is access to the three cabins and bathroom with shower cabin. In 2016, all cabins are equipped with new mattresses. All windows and shutters inside are equipped with removable screens. All windows can be provided outdoors with sun / heat cover screens.
The engine and storage space are accessible from the cockpit. The engine is easily accessible around for service. The engine compartment is equipped with a camera so that it can be checked from the steering position. All manuals and information from construction to completion are available for inspection and also a clear overview of its maintenance history.
