This is a very well equipped yacht with a comprehensive array of navigational and safety equipment. Fitted with the larger 40 hp engine, bow thruster, 2 speed folding Gorey propeller and rope cutter. Two owners from new with the last owner having owned the yacht since 2006.

Accommodation

The Southerly S110 offers 7 berths in 3 cabins. The Forward Cabin has double base extension & cross over higher berth. Full length shelf to port. Hanging locker to starboard. Access to the chain locker through forward bulkhead. Two fixed hull ports. Opening deck hatch.

The Saloon has a dinette seating arrangement to port, Stainless steel mast support and large saloon table. Full length single settee to starboard. Stowage under the settee, with front access. Removable lee sheets to port and starboard bunks. Bottle stowage. Fitted blinds.

The Galley is raised to port. It has twin stainless steel sinks, hot and cold pressurised water, Isotherm 3200 ASU refrigerated icebox, Stainless steel grab rail to worktop, Fully gimballed gas cooker with two burners, grill and oven, Waste bin below the work top and large opening lockers, drawers.

The Navigation area with chart table is to starboard with excellent visibility through pilot house windows. It has an, instrument console forward of chart table. Electrical Systems

240V ring main, immersion heater & battery charger. 3 x 12V x 125Ah batteries with battery condition monitor display at chart table.

Spars & Sails

This Southerly 110 is fitted with the taller rig option. Selden Mast and Boom with bottle screw covers. Standing rigging was replaced in 2013. It has a fully battened mainsail with slab reefing with Freiderikson cars, lazy jacks, “stack-pack” cover, furling genoa on a Furlex forestay. Cruising chute with snuffer with telescopic spinnaker pole.
