    Surveyor's Note:

    " The subject vessel did sustain cosmetic damages to the hull exterior during the Hurricane Sandy event. The vessel did not sustain any structural damages. All of the damages have since been professionally repaired and the hull was repainted w/ dark Blue Awlgrip. The vessel presents a new like condition. During its time on land awaiting repairs the interior did partially flood w/ rain water, which damaged the engine and marine gear. Both were replaced new in 2013. All of the other mechanical equipment is noted to be well above the level of damage that consumed the engine and marine gear. There is no remaining evidence of any damage.

    This particular vessel has had upgrades that have increased the value. The major item is the replacement of the main diesel engine and marine gear. There are numerous other items such as, new AGM batteries, upgrades to the electrical system, new auxiliary fuel tank, addition of an AIS system, and the recent Awlgrip paint coating on the hull. The vessel presents well above average. "
