EXTERIOR ARRANGEMENTS

Pania, the Piper 60 with aft wheel house offers tremendously safe exterior space having wide side decks surrounding the vessel of approximately 12” in width.

From the stern the deck area here is covered in non-slip matting and double stable doors open into the wheelhouse, the aft deck is surrounded by a solid painted rail which has a opening section amidships for stern on berthing.

Leading forward alongside the wheelhouse the decks here are approximately 18” wide and the rear bollards are located. Two single doors to port and starboard lead into the Wheelhouse.

Moving forward the cabin tops are fitted with a handrail giving added security when walking around the vessel. The fore deck is fitted with an anchor chain locker and two deck boxes with storage, the cross trees mast is folding and there are two further forward bollards and two amidships

INTERIOR ARRANGEMENTS

To the aft of the accommodation Pania is fitted with a good sized wheelhouse, this has doors to the stern and to port and starboard, the roof is removeable in sections and the screens all fold giving Pania an air height of 2.90m.

The Wheelhouse is fitted with seating aft to port and starboard. The starboard seat lifting to give access to the engine room, the port with storage within the base, a table with fold away leaves is situated between the seats. The helm is located amidships at the forward of the wheelhouse offering excellent all around visibility. To starboard 4 steps lead down to the lower accommodation.The aft table being removeable allowing a conversion to a double berth with the fittings stored internally to make the conversion.

To port at the base of the stairs is a utility area fitted with cupboards, washing machine, a toilet and washbasin, to starboard a large set of ¾ cupboards all shelved and a refrigerator. Moving forward the galley, of “U” shape design and open plan to the saloon, fitted with marble worktops, an inset circular sink with inset drainer, fitted Microwave, gas oven and 4 gas burner hot plate, full height Fridge and separate freezer, Dishwasher and copious amount of storage in cupboards and drawers.

The saloon is full width with a great amount of natural light from the barge style double glazed windows and pigeon hatch to the cabin roof. Storage units to both port and starboard with a diesel stove located in the forward corner and flat screen TV on forward bulkhead. The floor space would accommodate a couple of chairs or an L shape sofa. A large storage area is located below the floor.  

To forward starboard is access to the accommodation with the bathroom off the corridor fitted with washbasin, shower cubical toilet and full sized bath, the floor being tiled and storage below and above the vanity unit.Fitted with an electric towel rail.

The sleeping cabin is fitted with a queen sized double berth with headboard forward allowing the rear bulkheads to be fitted with floor to ceiling wardrobes all with hanging rails, further cupboards ate situated to port and starboard and more in the corridor opposite the wet room, Storage on Pania will certainly be of no concern and is perfect for longer stays aboard.
