Boat Overview

The Pacific Seacraft 34 is a refined vessel that shares the same seagoing capabilities and beauty as her larger sister, the Pacific Seacraft 37. Designed with a focus on control and comfort, the 34 features hulls with easy overhangs for fast and comfortable ocean passages. Owners have noted that her canoe stern allows for maintaining surfing speeds under complete control. The underbody is known for its close windedness, and her balance under sail instills confidence in both experienced and novice sailors.

The interior of the Pacific Seacraft 34 offers a functional arrangement with efficient quarters for the cook, navigator, and guests. Bill Crealock designed this vessel with the intention that owners would enjoy their boat and share that enjoyment with others.

From the quality of the laminate to the strength of the rudder and the hand-rubbed teak joinery, the Pacific Seacraft 34 promises safety, efficiency, and elegance on the water. This boat is equipped with a Scheel Keel featuring a 4'9" draft.

Interior Description

The spacious Main Salon features a traditional layout with modern innovations. Port and starboard settees provide excellent sea berths, with the port settee converting into a wide double berth. The port settee back allows instant access to storage while remaining secure underway. Teak storage lockers and bookshelves with removable fiddles keep personal gear and the ship's library safely tucked away. Teak ceilings highlight Pacific Seacraft's attention to detail. A center-line drop leaf table adds a traditional feel to the cabin, providing secure handholds. One leaf can be opened for casual use or both leaves for dining.

The Forward Cabin includes a large V-berth that can convert to a double berth, with lockers underneath, full-length shelves along the hull, and a double hanging locker.

The Head Compartment features storage lockers above and below the sink, a teak-framed mirror, handholds, and a towel bar. The molded-in shower pan is covered by a teak grate.

The Galley is designed for the gourmet cook, with ample stowage space in cabinets and drawers, including a custom teak dish locker and a removable trash container. A deep double stainless steel sink with a foot-operated pump, a gimbaled 2-burner stove with oven, and a large, well-insulated ice box complete the arrangement.

The Navigator's Station is conveniently located on the starboard side of the companionway ladder, featuring a large chart table with a flip-top storage compartment, a hinged master control panel for easy access to wiring, and a designated space for electronics. The forward end of the Quarter Berth serves as a secure seat for the navigator, with a wet locker beneath the chart table for foul weather gear.
