1990 Pace Yachts 48
Due to current work requirements, Owner can no longer cruise his Pace 48 Motor Yacht.
Accordingly, the Asking Price has been dropped from $95,000 to...
$69,000 for Quick Sale! Offers are encouraged.Pace Yachts was an Annapolis, MD company building convertible yachts in Taiwan starting in 1987. By 1990 they had added the 48 CPMY featured here. Amazingly, its interior and exterior layout is almost identical to the Camargue 48 Yachtfish, built at the Camargue yard in Taiwan.
"FISH HOUSE" has had a number of Owners, culminating in its current Owner who makes his living Captaining a 350’ Supply vessel in the Gulf of Mexico. He and his wife cruised the Bahamas extensively, anchoring out for months at a time, never staying in Marinas. The generator and new watermaker made living on the hook quite comfortable.
She is now offered for sale so the new Owners can enjoy their own cruising adventures.
You may board either side at deck level or through the transom door coming off the swim platform and up a ladder to the aft deck. From there, you can enter through the 29” wide door and down 4 steps. Forward of the salon, and down 3 more steps, is the galley and dinette. The forward windows bring in an abundance of light right over the galley, creating a wide open feel for the salon and a very high overhead in the galley. Going forward, we find the guest stateroom with private head and shower. Starboard aft of the salon are steps leading down to the Master stateroom, island berth with private head and shower. The entire interior is finished in white oak with a teak parquet sole.

"FISH HOUSE" has served her Owners well. She has all the major bases well covered to continue cruising, but could use some cosmetic TLC on the exterior. This Owner had her set up to live for extended periods of time on the hook in the Bahamas….if that’s your goal, then "FISH HOUSE" is waiting for you! Call Broker for further information.
