Pace Yachts was an Annapolis, MD company building convertible yachts in Taiwan starting in 1987. By 1990 they had added the 48 CPMY featured here. Amazingly, its interior and exterior layout is almost identical to the Camargue 48 Yachtfish, built at the Camargue yard in Taiwan.

"FISH HOUSE" has had a number of Owners, culminating in its current Owner who makes his living Captaining a 350’ Supply vessel in the Gulf of Mexico. He and his wife cruised the Bahamas extensively, anchoring out for months at a time, never staying in Marinas. The generator and new watermaker made living on the hook quite comfortable.

She is now offered for sale so the new Owners can enjoy their own cruising adventures.

Broker's Comments

"FISH HOUSE" has served her Owners well. She has all the major bases well covered to continue cruising, but could use some cosmetic TLC on the exterior. This Owner had her set up to live for extended periods of time on the hook in the Bahamas….if that’s your goal, then "FISH HOUSE" is waiting for you! Call Broker for further information.
