Designed in a forward layout, this Narrowboat offers a master cabin with a twin single berths, these can convert into a double berth, a walkthrough bathroom with chemical toilet, a galley, and a saloon with an L shaped dinette is found forward.
Powered by a 2016 Beta 30hp diesel engine with only 255 engine hours. Cabin heating is provided by a multi fuel stove and three radiators via the engine calorifier. Hot water is supplied by the engine calorifier. 240V & 12V electrics on board.
Blacked in July 2020, Engine Serviced in July 2020, Boat safety certificate valid until July 2024, February 2023 Survey Report. New automatic bilge pump fitted in 2022.

Masters Cabin
Centre stern doors lead into a bright and airy cabin featuring the master’s cabin aft. Twin single berths with reading spotlights, this area can be made into an across-width double berth.
Head / Bathroom
Moving forward, a walkthrough bathroom is located midships with a shower to starboard, a hand basin, and a porta potty is found opposite.
Galley
A generous sized galley provides plenty of space for cooking with domestic sized appliances. A surface mounted 4 burner gas hob, built in grill and oven, 12v fridge, microwave, stainless-steel sink with draining board. Plenty of storage drawers and cupboard space.
Saloon
The forward cabin has direct access onto the front well deck. The saloon has been fitted with an L shaped dinette, which also converts to a double bed when required. To port is a corner storage unit, opposite is a multi-fuel stove on a tiled hearth.
Cabin Heating / Hot Water System
Cabin heating is provided by a solid fuel stove on a tiled hearth located in the saloon (new installation in 2018). Three radiators are heated via the engine calorifier. The calorifier is connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running.
Electrics
The 240V system on board simply plugs in to the shoreline providing power to the sockets throughout the boat. When cruising a Sterling inverter ensures you are never without power. A Sterling battery charger is also fitted.
