Owners Notes

Pelonia has had the benefit of professional care under the current owners over the last three years and her previous owner was also meticulous in his care.  Her owners, Edward and Miranda have twice circumnavigated the UK, in 2020 and 2021.  This summer they have been down to the Scilly Isles and back.  They are keen sailors and have added to her sail wardrobe.

Pelonia is a lovely comfortable boat and an excellent passage maker.  Her V-shaped entry makes her very sea kindly with no pounding.  She sails really well, and points particularly nicely with the working jib in winds over 15K. The new solar panels and wind generator sometimes put in 10Ah between them and often Pelonia arrives with the batteries in better shape than when we left despite running the Autohelm, fridge, and all the electronics.  We’ve really enjoyed owning her and will be sorry to part with her.
