The MOTIVATOR features a spacious and well-appointed interior designed for comfort, functionality, and entertaining.

The large salon offers a custom L-shaped couch to port, creating a perfect lounge area, while a dining settee to starboard provides ample seating for meals or gatherings.

The galley, located to the port, is equipped with modern appliances, abundant storage, and a custom refrigerated sandwich station — ideal for preparing meals while on extended trips.

Moving forward, the master stateroom is situated to port and features a queen-sized berth along with an ensuite head and shower, offering privacy and convenience. To starboard, an open-style stateroom provides a large double bunk and generous storage.

At the bow, the forward stateroom is configured with three single bunks, perfect for guests or crew, and is complemented by an additional head and shower.

Originally built by Pacifica in Costa Mesa in 1982, Motivator underwent an extensive 3.5-year refit at Basin Marine in 2006 — transforming her into a 54’ powerhouse with unmatched systems and capabilities. The hull was extended from 50' to 54’, maximizing cockpit space and fishability.

No expense was spared during the rebuild — Motivator was completely repowered, rewired, replumbed, and outfitted with all-new tanks, interior, electronics, custom metalwork, Key Power stabilizers, and a refrigeration/freezer system rivaling vessels twice her size.
