Broker's Comments
The yacht has had two owners from new, the first owners used it for Mediterranean cruising.
The current owners have owned the boat since 2001. Between 2001 - 2005 Waterbird was used mainly for East and South Coast of England sailing before being sailed to Lanzarote where she is now based at Marina Rubicon.
Throughout the current ownership the vendors have maintained, upgraded and improved the vessel but keeping its original character.

This boat is easily accessible from the UK as there are regular flights available from a number of the UK major airports to Arrecife airport.
