 Catalyst is a great example of a well cared for 2006 Luhrs 41 Convertible. The first thing you will notice as you see her floating in the water is her beautiful light

blue hull finish. As you step aboard onto the swim platform and enter the aft deck through the stern door you will see a large cockpit area covered with "softeak", a nice, cushioned sole allowing standing comfort as you wait for the "big one" to take the bait trolling from your lines! This is the newer Luhrs with the improved hull design, allowing you to cruise and fish in safe, comfort.

 Also in the cockpit area you will see two large fish boxes integral to the sole area, 2 bait tanks built into the aft gunwale for ease of baiting hooks. Under a cushioned seating area forward on the starboard side you will see a deep sink with fresh water, a large, insulated chest and a storage area. In the center of the cockpit sits a multiple rod holder station as well as tackle storage draws located underneath. Departure to the cruising/fishing grounds is made that much easier with the Glendinning power cord retrieval system! 

 For those times when you are headed out for extended cruising, or when you need to bring your ship to shore boat, there are a set or removable dinghy chocks! 

 Located in the forward part of the cockpit is the access to the lazarette/engine room. Upon entering this space you will see ready access to all the fuel filtration systems, batteries, generator and a spotless engine room. This should tell the casual observer one thing, the current owner shows pride of ownership and also attention to those details that matter! Catalys is powered by the larger Cummins QSM11 635HP diesel engines with 1550 hours on them. These have been fully serviced, including heat exchangers, and are ready to take the new owner on their next adventure. The generator is a new in 2017 Northern Lights 9KW with only 229 hours on it, hardly broken in! For DC electric power, there is a total of four 8D batteries that are approximately 6 months old. Maintenance on all engines is made that much easier with the built in oil x-change system. Safety has also been taken care of with a new automatic fire suppression system in this area.

 Moving up several padded steps to the fly bridge area you will see dual helm seats, providing a comfortable perch for both the Captain and Admiral! Navigation is aided with dual Garmin multi-function screens, there is an 1040XS as well as a 7212. There are dual VHF radios so you can monitor multiple channels at the same time also providing all important redundancy. Shifting and engine synchronization are made simple with Glendinning electronic shifter controls. Course management is provided by a Raymarine autopilot. Engine functions are also monitored with twin Cummins Smartcraft engine displays. This boat is also equipped with a hard top (as all boats in southern waters should be). The flybridge area is also enclosed with removable canvas and opening isinglass. This area is also air conditioned and has privacy/sun curtains that are mounted on a rail system allowing coverage where you need/want it. There is also a seating area forward of the helm station with a folding table providing a comfortable seating area for 6 while under way or at anchor.

 Moving into the salon area through the door you will find a nice high/low table nested in front of the l shaped seating area in the aft, starboard corner. this area is cooled and heated with reverse AC. You will also find a newer smart TV, connected to the KVH satellite antenna as well as the generator controls that are located next to a built in wine/bottle storage area. Additionally, there is a remote microphone/VHF radio control, allowing you to listen to and respond to any calls. Forward on the starboard side you will see the generously sized galley area. The chef will be happy to see a larger, deep double bowl sink, separate under counter freezer and refrigerator, a covered 3 burner glass cook top, directly behind the cooktop is a newer GE Profile stainless steel combination microwave/convection oven and a coffee maker, tastefully hidden behind a hinging cabinet cover. The flooring in the salon/galley area is a beautiful faux teak/holly surface. All woodwork/paneling throughout the boat is in great condition! Privacy/sun control is with wooden slat mini blinds.

 Moving forward and down 5 stairs brings you to the accommodation level. Immediately forward on the starboard side of the connecting hallway is the guest cabin. This area has eye level storage above the twin berth, a cedar lined hanging locker, several smaller drawers/storage areas and an individual AC control.

 Forward from here takes you to the master stateroom. This is a large, relaxing area with a center line queen bed, two hanging lockers, an over head hatch to allow both daylight and a nice breeze in when desired. There is also private access to the large head featuring a vacu-flush style head and large, separate shower area.
