Lowland Yachts of the Netherlands has a reputation for building custom high end metal yachts. Sea EO is a 1985 model and she was built from steel. This long-range cruiser is powered by twin Gardner Diesels and she holds 3000 gallons of fuel.

The yacht’s traditional interior has been tastefully updated. There are three staterooms plus a well-designed crew quarter, built for two, located forward.

Other noteworthy features include twin generators, stabilizers, watermaker and walk around side decks.

Sea EO has always been a well-maintained yacht. The most recent upgrade in fall 2021 was the new substantial aluminum custom Bimini for the flybridge and aft deck plus all new canvas cushions and covers for the exterior.

Built in steel and powered by twin Gardners, Sea EO comes equipped with twin generators, stabilizers, watermaker, covered sidedecks and a Portuguese bridge. In the world of Dutch yacht manufacturing, Lowland Yachts of Zoeterwoude Netherlands earned its fine reputation for building custom yachts. Willem de Vries Lentsch Jr. designed the exterior and collaborated with Pieter Beeldsnijder who was responsible for the interior design. The interior has not only aged well, but it was also updated. The current owners' upgrades and maintenance is listed by year later in this brochure. 

Sea EO cruises 8 knots and burns 1 gallon of fuel per mile at cruise speed. Current owners estimate her range at 2500 NM which leaves a reserve of 500 gallons of fuel.

The owners shared they love the openness on the main deck of their boat. Starting on the aft deck, there are two newly installed teak tables. A new aft deck shade was installed last fall and the shade looks and works great. Recent work to the teak decks and brightwork stands tall. 

Looking forward to the main salon, the teak salon doors open completely so the galley and salon become one large space to enjoy. The main deck of Sea EO feels like a smaller scale version of a traditional mega yacht. Afterall, Sea EO is a Dutch designed and Dutch built yacht; so the near perfect teak interior, smart galley, built in storage nooks and all the polished stainless-steel brightwork create a luxurious interior. The wheelhouse is forward on the main deck and notice the large dining settee plus the small navigation desk to port.

Sea EO accommodates eight in four staterooms. Stairs from the salon go down to aft guest accommodations. There is a double stateroom to port and the twin side by side stateroom is on the starboard side of the yacht. Each stateroom is private and tastefully decorated. Every stateroom onboard Sea EO has its own private ensuite head.

Another staircase located forward of the wheelhouse brings you down to the owner’s suite. This stateroom is built across the yacht’s full beam and located forward of the engine room bulkhead. This space will impress you; it is whisper quiet. Located five steps forward from the owner's stateroom is the fourth stateroom (possible crew quarter). Over and under beds are built into the port side of the yacht. The upper is a larger bed and the lower is a single. There is a L-shaped settee opposite the beds. Stored beneath this settee is an impressive set of well-organized boat manuals. Between the owner’s stateroom and the crew quarter is a washer dryer combo unit and storage closet. The current owners invested a lot of their time to determine the most suitable materials for soft goods. The Vinyl faux leather used throughout Sea EO is tough enough to resist damage from harsh treatment plus it is also stainproof. A Sharpie Marker for example could be removed with an alcohol swab. New high-end bedding, new carpeting and pretty new artwork has been installed throughout the entire yacht. All of these upgrades, combined with the teak interior, smart looking headliner and stainless-steel portholes will leave prospective buyers with a clear feeling of being onboard a well-loved long-range cruiser!
