The rigging is original and has been checked and cleaned every year by professionals. The full batten mainsail is from 2004 and is always kept on its cover. The seller does not remember the age of the genoa (it is createdand the spinnaker, when they bought the boat in 2002 there was a small genoa on board (which they kept on board) and then they bought another genoa, which they have changed the UV strip recently. The spinnaker is blue and white and has never been used. All the sails are in perfect condition.
The water pump that has been changed last year is the ship's general water pump. Also had the engine water pump replaced in 2019 when they did the big service on it.
The dinghy is on board inside a hatch in the cockpit and is 2010 in very good condition. It measures 2.6 meters and has very little use. The Bimini (year 2012) is blue and stored inside a chest in the cockpit, it is in good condition and has been serviced by a professional last year. There is also a small tent that runs from the top of the boom to the cabin. Both the tent and the Bimini are blue.
There is no heating or air conditioning on this boat. The hot water thermos was changed in 2010.

Observaciones
Barco en muy buen estado
La jarcia es original y ha sido revisada y limpiada cada año por profesionales. La vela mayor full batten es de 2004 y siempre se mantiene dentro de su funda. El vendedor no recuerda la edad de la génova (se creay el spinnaker, cuando compraron el barco en 2002 había una pequeña génova a bordo (que guardaban a bordo) y luego compraron otra Génova, a la que le han cambiado la tira UV recientemente. El spinnaker es azul y blanco y nunca lo usaron. Todas las velas estan en perfecto estado.
La bomba de agua que se ha cambiado el año pasado es la bomba de agua general del barco. También se reemplazó la bomba de agua del motor en 2019 cuando le hicieron el servicio grande.
El dinghy está a bordo dentro de un tambucho en la bañera y es de 2010 en muy buenas condiciones. Mide 2,6 metros y tiene muy poco utilizo. El Bimini (año 2012) es azul y guardado dentro de un cofre en la bañera, está en buenas condiciones y ha sido revisado por un profesional el año pasado. También hay una pequeña tienda de campaña que va desde arriba de la botavara hasta la cabina. Tanto la tienda como el Bimini son azules.
No hay calefacción ni aire acondicionado en este barco. El termo de agua caliente se cambió en 2010.
