This is as genuine and lightly a used model of an NC11 you are ever likely to find. Supplied New by us, to her one owner, in Spring 2018. In that time she has been moored at Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne.

For various reasons, including during COVID times, she has seen far less use than her owner would have liked, covering only 69 hours since New. Whilst it is in may ways a pity that the current owner has decided to put his boat for sale, this undoubtedly provides an excellent opportunity for someone to buy a very nice example NC11 and one which comes with a really nice inventory too. The Raymarine electronics package is also excellent.

Well maintained, with both engine servicing and polishing being undertaken, 'Ty-Coz III' is waiting to come ashore with us at Swanwick for her annual out of water checks and to have the Coppercoat cleaned off.

By Car from M27 coming from the West:

• Leave M27 at junction 8, and turn right at the roundaboat at the bottom of the sliproad, signposted Hamble A3024
• At the next (Tesco) roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A27/Providence Hill
• Continue for about 1.0 mile then turn right into Swanwick Marina at traffic lights.

By Car from M27 coming from the East:

• Leave M27 at junction 9, and turn left at the roundabout at end of sliproad
• Turn right at next roundaboat, signposted Hamble A27
• Continue along A27 for about 3 miles, turn left into Swanwick Marina at traffic lights. Walton Marine are in an office overlooking the marina

By Rail:

• The nearest station is Bursledon, on the Southampton - Portsmouth line. Nearest mainline is Southampton Airport, on the main London - Southampton line

By Air:

• Swanwick is a 10 minute drive from Southampton Airport.
