DESCRIPTION

This stunning ISA 120 is a truly magnificent, jet powered vessel that is sure to impress even the most discerning purchaser. The owner has already ordered his new vessel so this ISA 120 must be sold. The vessel is currently lying in Italy and is ready for immediate delivery.

Built in 2006 with 3 x MTU 2000Hp M91 engines this yacht is in immaculate condition.

In terms of accommodation, on the lower deck on forward side there are four guest cabins each provided with en suite bathroom, two twin cabins towards the bow and two double cabins sternwards. The guest cabins are all outfitted with the same attention to detail used for the Owner´s area and feature all the comforts available for a pleasant stay on board such as plasma TV, wardrobe, vanity area, air conditioning etc.
Aft of the lower deck, there are the crew quarters with three twin bunk cabins, en suite bathroom and the galley.
On the main deck, entering from the semicircular door you get into the expansive main deck saloon with a 180-degree view. The dining room has a circular dining table, seating 8 to 12 persons, from where guests have a panoramic view with either the doors closed or with wide open door as if the dining room was an extension of the cockpit.

Further on, on portside, there is a bar. Behind it, a hidden door gives access to the crew quarters.
In the forward part of the main saloon there is an intimate and relaxing sitting room with a sofa and chaise longue and a 50”-NEC plasma TV.
The remaining part of the main deck is dedicated to the Owner’s suite. On a first level, there is a king size bed placed amidships, while on the sides there are two chaise-lounges and two desks, one of them is outfitted as a vanity, the other as a writing desk. The central block, in front of the bed contains a 42’ Hitachi plasma TV. Behind that is a large open bathroom complete with a two-sink unit and a shower located on a slightly lower lever, which is easily reached via two stairs located on the sides of the hideaway TV unit. The space is designed and set up for the maximum comfort and habitability for the ships owner. Forward on the opposite side of the sink unit a walk-in wardrobe positioned to starboard and the toilet area to portside. On top of these, wide windows enlighten the barrel ceiling and enhance its elevation (more than three metres from the floor) and its width.
The functionality of spaces and passageway
The interior space is divided into five cabins (four on the lower deck and the Master bedroom on the main deck, all with cabin and toilet), provided with any facility and total privacy.
On the main deck the Owner´s area is completely secluded, made up of four rooms: the entrance is on a full beam cabin, from which you can reach, through two lateral stairs, the bathroom in the lower semi-level with a double sink top, the wardrobe and the toilet.
On the opposite side of the main deck there is the saloon, designed as a fully open loft as to enjoy the sunshine and the landscape getting in through the large windows. This wide area with a L sofa and some coffee tables is given to the conversation. The aft side of the saloon is arranged with two tables (one is for breakfast) and eight armchairs, can be both given to card games and turned into a formal (or not) dining-room, joining the tables and setting them for twelve.
An interesting feature of the vessel lay-out is the system of corridors and stairs connecting all areas, since from the lower deck to the sun deck guests and crew go along totally separate ways, thus giving absolute privacy to the formers and easy service to the latter.
A mix of various materials
The playful aspect of her style is the result of the combination or "interferences" of various materials, as wood and lacquered, stone and marble, leather and textile, metal and crystal, with the purpose of making enjoyment of cabins and areas by guests less cold and impersonal: so that guests, after their stay on board, will retain the memory of a simple and neat, comfortable and warm atmosphere.
Colors scheme
The simple and relaxing rooms“chromatic harmonies” are based on a background between ivory and beige of open pores finished blanched oak and matt lacquered between ivory and milk-white, embellished by chenille, linen and rough cotton in subtle tones. Some dark wengè-dyed parts, dark brown leathers and black marbles space out the background stressing, rather than hiding, the interferences of elements as studs, frames and service cabinets.
