This yacht features the standard five cabin arrangement typical of a 40-meter Tri-Deck. It boasts a brand new interior completed in the Fall of 2024. The Flybridge layout has been significantly enhanced under the current ownership, offering improved access, a walk-behind bar, and a spa tub.
Having been chartered only a few times by the current owner, this vessel is ready for personal or charter use.
Boarding from the stern via the yacht's extra-long passerelle leads to the semi-enclosed aft deck, which includes glass side enclosures and a clear vinyl enclosure at the aft side.
Seating, both built-in and loose, is arranged around a central dining table.
A curved staircase provides access below to the lazarette and Engine Room.
Wing doors allow access to the side decks. A unique centered four-seat bar in the Salon aft facilitates entry from both port and starboard Salon doors leading from the aft deck.
The Salon is furnished with a new six-cushion sofa and two chairs.
Forward, a low room divider separates the round dining table that seats eight. To starboard is a Day Head and a companionway leading to the king-size Master Suite, which features his and her Heads.
A centered staircase in the dining area leads to four guest cabins below.
To port, forward in the Dining Salon, is access to the Galley and stairs to the Crew area, which includes a queen-size Captain’s Suite and two bunk rooms, each with their own Head. The crew lounge is opposite the Captain’s Cabin.
The lower deck has four cabins arranged around a central foyer. Three of the ensuite cabins have queen-size berths, while the fourth is a twin berth cabin.
The Skylounge area is full beam with ample seating and a Day Head. Forward is a generous Pilothouse equipped with updated equipment.
Aft of the Skylounge is a shaded seating area on both port and starboard sides, with the boat deck located furthest aft.
The Flybridge has undergone significant refitting under the current ownership, featuring improved access, a walk-behind bar, a hot tub, and seating all under a Pipewelders FRP hardtop.
In the Fall of 2024, nearly all of the yacht's soft goods were replaced, presenting the vessel in excellent condition.
The salon is accessed from the aft deck via port or starboard hinged doors flanking an Emperador dark marble three-glass door bar unit. Next forward is a two-level marble-topped bar with a U-Line clear ice machine and a Summit stainless steel drink fridge on either side of a stainless steel bar sink. Facing aft are four new leather bar stools. The area around the bar features an Emperador dark marble sole matching the bar top.
Outboard of the bar are curved glass windows mimicking the yacht’s air trunk shape, with a walkway outside the window.
Forward of the bar, the spacious salon has a newly carpeted sole and all new furniture, including a custom-built six-cushion upholstered L-shaped couch with a raised wood base and storage below. An attractive wood coffee table lies in front, both to port.
To starboard are two new upholstered swivel chairs flanking the entertainment center, which includes an Intellian SAT TV receiver, a Marantz surround sound receiver, a Parasound two-channel amplifier, a Crestron control processor, a Direct TV HD DVR, and the salon’s Apple TV in port and starboard cabinets. A pop-up 65" Samsung Smart TV is located in a timber cabinet between them.
The salon features a large eight-sided back-lit tray ceiling with eight mirrored panels, each with lighting. The four port and four starboard house side windows are covered by Duette shades as desired.
Additional features in the salon include two built-in wall speakers, three overhead speakers for a 5-channel sound system, and a smoke and fire sensor. Climate control is managed by a Micro-Air touch screen system delivered through port and starboard valances.
Forward of the salon but open to save space, the dining salon is separated by two sofa-height room dividers and full-height columns.
Centered is a glass table with a matching glass Lazy Susan and an attractive base, surrounded by eight upholstered and wood-trimmed dining chairs on a contiguous carpeted sole. Above the table is a similar but smaller eight-sided tray ceiling feature with cove lighting and nine dimmable light fixtures.
On three sides of the table are Emperador dark-topped wood cabinets for dining storage, with five cabinets to port, four aft, and four to starboard, providing ample storage.
Forward to port is the galley entrance through frosted glass wood-trimmed doors. Centered are steps leading to the skylounge, with a day head to starboard, steps leading below, a starboard side entry door, and access to the master cabin.
Also in the dining area are overhead speakers, six additional overhead lights, and stereo speakers. Windows on both sides feature Duette shades. Digital Easy Touch A/C controls provide cool air via the port and starboard valances.
The Day Head, located forward to starboard of the dining area, features an Emperador dark marble sole and countertop, a two-tone sink, and three panels of mirrors. In 2021, when the current owner upgraded from his 108 M/Y, he and the listing broker conducted an exhaustive search from coast to coast. They found the perfect scenario: a serious Pacific NW Yachtsman who cruised on his yacht to Alaska for less than three months a year. For the other nine months, the boat was stored in an undercover boathouse in Seattle’s fresh water Lake Union. During those nine months, the owner focused on upgrading and improving the yacht with countless new systems inside and out, effectively giving her annual refits from 2016 to 2021. The current owner continued this trend with an entirely new Flybridge layout in 2023 and a new interior in 2024. The yacht was painted, clear-coated, and perhaps her outstanding feature is her engine room.
