The new Grand Soleil 56', designed by Philippe Briand, is the latest demonstration of Cantiere del Pardo's philosophy of building a high performance sailing yacht, easy to sail even shorthanded, without compromising comfort and luxury.

The Grand Soleil 56 is born after years of important victories with their development yachts in highly competitive IMS circuits (World, European and Italian Championship winners 2002 and 2003). Cantiere del Pardo decided to participate in all these major regattas in order to best explore, and test under extreme conditions hull forms, appendages, materials and building techniques and then transfer this technology to the new Grand Soleil 56, for the ultimate safety and comfort of the owner and crew.
