UpgradesInterior:
The Fortier 33’ Express layout features two separate cabins consisting of a forward V-berth with stowage and a main cabin to aft. The forward berth has natural lighting through an overhead hatch along with two ports. In the main cabin to port is the galley and starboard is a hanging locker, the salon consisting of a lowering dinette table and U-shaped settee that converts into a comfortable double berth, and rod holders overhead with the main control panel to after opposite of the helm above. To the Port side aft of the galley is the enclosed head with a shower and vanity. Very good ventilation is provided by opening hatches and optional AC/Heat system. Companionway steps lead up to bridge / helm deck.

The engine room holds standard twin inboard Volvo Diesels that economically produce a cruising speed of 18-20 knots and top speed of approximately 23 knots. The engine room is accessible by a large hatch that lifts hydraulically. For daily service, a small center hatch is manually removable to make routine tasks a breeze to complete.
