This 2001 Fairline Squadron 62 is new to the market, and ready for her next owners. With over $500,000 in works completed over the last several years, the yacht is ready to go. Amongst the list of work completed, you'll find a complete engine overhaul, completed in 2019, new teak in 2019, and interior upgrades throughout.
Maximus is an ideal vessel for cruising to the Bahamas and beyond. She accommodates up to 6 guests and 2 crew onboard in her three-stateroom layout. The midship master features a queen berth, en suite head, and ample storage. The VIP stateroom features another queen berth with en suite head, and the third stateroom has two twin berths. On the main deck, you'll find a spacious salon, functional galley and the interior helm. The exterior spaces onboard include a large sunpad on the bow, dining space on the aft deck, and a shady space on the flybridge from which the view must be enjoyed.
UPGRADES
A circular styling theme is dominant in the salon with its facing curved off-white leather sofas, cocktail table and ottoman. Features in the salon include custom cherry blinds, satellite TV system with receiver, satellite phone, cell phone and TV and DVD concealed behind an electrically operated mirrored door. Throughout the cabin is finished in off-white Berber carpeting, high gloss cherry wood paneled walls and vinyl headliners.
The large VIP State Room is located in the bow and features two large hanging lockers, drawer storage and a Queen sized berth.Aft and to starboard is the VIP's private head complete with Vacu-flush head and seperate shower stall.
The Guest quarters is located port side just aft of the VIP State Room and features two Twin berths side by side, hanging locker, over head storage and storage under the berths. By night the Guest State Room uses the Day head located across the hall on the starboard side which also features a Vacu-flush head and seperate shower stall.
The engine room is accessed through the lazarette located in the aft deck.
