Fairline 41
Built in 1990 and powered by twin Caterpillar 425 diesel engines to 4 bladed propellers.This boat is offered in an excellent condition. The interior has undergone a recent refurbishment and a long list of updates, making this a lovely boat. There is a full canopy over the aft deck and fly bridge giving excellent protection in all weathers.  

Accommodations

This boat offers very generous accommodation for up to a maximum 5 people in 2 separate sleeping cabins plus the saloon.

Forward is the owners cabin with access to en-suite heads with shower and toilet. Large island double bed with plenty of storage space including 2 hanging lockers, storage under bed and bulkhead lockers. There is escape hatch above the bed, twin bedside lights and lighting converted LED with chrome switches. Heating vent from warm air heating is located a foot level.

Aft of this is the twin guest cabin with shared access to heads. This has full sized twin beds, hanging and locker space, heating outlet and door to heads. The day heads has a jack and jill doors giving direct access from the cabin. The heads have manual toilet, shower and sink. Hot and cold water LED lighting and opening port hole.

The galley is very generous in proportions and is a couple of steps down from the main saloon area on the port side. There is a 4 ring gas hob with built in gas oven below, white 1 1/2 sink drainer, fridge, waste bin, LED lighting and generous amount of storage space for provisions and utensils.

The saloon area has cabinet work in teak to port a large cabinet with fitted fridge for drinks. Seating area to starboard and port side of the cabin, one sofa being a 2 seater the other a large L shaped sofa. All are upholstered in blue Alcantara. This has the space to accommodate an extra berth if required. There is access to the twin engines within the saloon area.

The helm position is forward of this seating area with all navigation instruments and engine controls ready to hand. The helm seat is comfortable for 2 persons.  

The large cockpit has seating all the way round with good condition cushions. Access to the boat can be gained by the transom door or from either sides. In the floor of the cockpit is a large hatch which gives access to a generous lazerette containing the generator, hot water cylinder and inverter. Steps from the cockpit lead up to the upper helm with seating, twin helm seat and a full height canopy making this a comfortable area in all conditions. Both the upper helm and cockpit are carpeted in weather resistance carpet.

This Fairline 41 is in outstanding condition. Built in 1990 it offers very generous accommodation for up to 5 people.She has been well cared for by the previous owners and has been updated to a sympathetic quality.
