Brokers Remarks:
This Fairline 40 is an excellent example; she has been updated over the years and is also in fantastic condition for a vessel of her age. Her accommodation and internal volume is superb, there are plenty of berths and there is also a generous saloon and galley area, she also benefits from having two heads. The owner is a professional marine engineer, so the reliability and maintenance of this boat has the utmost importance.

Owners Remarks:
Frascati has been our very much loved boat for over 20 years; she has always been used for pleasure and never charter work. We have cruised her around the Channel Islands, France, Thames, Isle of Weight and the Southwest coast. She has always had a thorough maintenance schedule and has never let us down.
