The Excess 15 features an area of 125 m² (1,345 sq ft) and a 25-meter (82’) high mast, making it the largest in the new Bénéteau Group family.

This boat includes twin helm stations, located at the after end of each hull, designed to enhance the pleasure of sailing.

Inside, you'll find a spacious raised saloon/dining area with a 360° view of the sea through non-smoked bay windows. Depending on your needs, you can select from three, four, or even six double cabin versions. The catamaran's 8-meter (26’3”) beam provides a cockpit large enough to accommodate a beautiful table, seating up to eight people comfortably.

Her unique, balanced, and seductive lines embody the spirit of Excess while combining the comfort of a large cruising catamaran.

INSPIRED BY RACING, BUILT FOR CRUISING

With her sporty rig offering a super advantageous aspect ratio and the optional Pulse line rig—which provides more than 10% of sail area/displacement ratio—the promise of thrills is guaranteed. Maneuvering is simplified with titanium-style aluminum stanchions and cleats, along with Dyneema steering cables for improved responsiveness and sensitivity of the helm feel. The catamaran also features the aesthetics of racing boats, with fluorescent fiber guard wires showcasing the Excess signature!

TWIN AFT HELM STATION

The Excess 15 offers an ideal view of the sails, the sea, and the bows from both helm stations. This double helm ensures both feel and efficiency, providing direct control so you are connected to the boat, with sail trimming right at your fingertips.

Designed by VPLP design, one of the most renowned naval architecture firms globally, the exterior design is by Patrick le Quément, while Nauta Design ensures the interior design meets your expectations.

OPENING TO THE STARS

The Excess 15 allows you to transform your cockpit to suit your desires. Open or closed, you can activate the sunroof as you wish to enjoy more privacy or a clear view of the sails, the starry night sky, or a light breeze while anchored.

The Skylounge makes its debut on the Excess 15! - See Video

This new option was developed in response to requests from several Excess customers for an additional living space while at anchor.

The Excess team has created the Skylounge for 2022, providing a comfortable space at anchor without raising the boom.

The Excess 15 now offers an additional area for gatherings, sure to be enjoyed by all sailors!

This option is currently available on the Excess 15 and will soon be available on the Excess 14.
