Custom sunbrella bimini on the top deck with Isinglass glass panels for front and sides. Custom rails made to go around the entire top deck. 2 captain's chairs at the helm along with 2 pontoon seats with custom attachment to rail. Both seats have custom covers. Has wet bar with sink, storage and bar refrigerator. BBQ grill with custom brackets made to attach to rail. Plenty of room for parties, weddings, charter tours or corporate events. Has a loudspeaker. 5 foot anchor with storage box in front of helm. House has a full galley with full-size refrigerator, double sink, 4 burner stove and microwave. Cabinets above and below the counter for plenty of storage. Laminate flooring throughout. Laminate countertops with wood trim. Queen size Murphy beds pull out of wall opposite kitchen and sofa pulls out into queen bed. Easy access doors in-floor to get to everything underneath. 3 doors to get into the house. Full-size head with toilet, shower, vanity, mirrored medicine cabinet with 3 compartments and storage cabinet. 30 gallon hot water tank. The front of the house is inside the helm and has cabinets and a closet for storage. The back of the boat has 2 closets, one for storage and to get to all pipes and another closet has (2) 30 gallon propane tanks. The swim deck has a ladder and is made of vinyl decking.
