• Replace coolant port and starboard engine
• Straightline fabrication/interior bedding replacement, exterior helm and cockpit cushions, replacement of complete canvas enclosure
• NorEast marine/replace chiller system
• Thru hulls – Replace engine generator and chiller intake thru-hulls. Forespar valves. New strainers and supply hoses
• Dry fit engine intake valves. Float valve and stem into epoxy, glue stem with life-caulk. Antifouling coating. Replace bonding wires on engine thru-hulls
• Install general zincs exterior
• Sand and paint bottom one coat
• Volvo shift problem
• Thru hulls – replace engine generator and chiller intake thru-hulls. Forespar valves cleaned all mounting surfaces. Dry fit Forespar aft thru-hulls with backing pads glue stem on the exterior with lifeseal glue and float backing pads attached to thru-hulls in place. Install new strainers and supply hoses. Dry fit engine intake valves, make backing plates. Float valve and stem into epoxy, glue stem with life-caulk. Strip away old paint on the exterior, prime surface and apply antifouling coating. Replace bonding wires on engine thru-hulls.
