DESCRIPTION

Crabber. Cornish Crabbers' classic gaff sailing dinghy. Maroon hull, off white deck, tan sails, lifting keel, 2017 outboard, coppercoat antifouling and recently overhauled tiltback trailer. Full inventory and ready to sail for the 2018 season

One of the classic range of boats produced by Cornish Crabbers Ltd. Drawing 4' with the centre plate down, the Crabber 17 is ideally suited to exploring creeks and harbours but is a good, stable and safe seaboat. Can take 4 adults and sleep 2 under a canvas cuddy. Length 20' overall, beam 6'9". With a generous 178 sq ft of sail area [jib and mainsail], she sails well. At about half a metric tonne on her trailer, she can tow behind a standard two wheel drive car. The tiltback trailer [overhauled in 2017] allows easy launching and retrieval.
