The layout offers up to 5 berths with one separate sleeping cabin. There is full standing headroom and good ventilation throughout. In fore-cabin, large V berth, with opening hatch to the foredeck and storage underneath. Aft to port is the heads, marine toilet and basin with pressurised hot and cold water. Foot salt water pump with faucet. Opposite to starboard is a large hanging locker and drawers for storage.
This is followed by the roomy saloon with two single berths either side of the large double drop leaf table in the centre. In the Starboard quarter is the L shaped galley with a 2 burner gas hob with grill and oven. Stainless steel sink with pressurised hot & cold water supply. Top opening refrigerator. Good storage underneath and behind. Opposite on the port side is the forward facing chart table with instruments. A single quarter berth running after from there with tool locker under. Green checkered upholstery throughout. 200L water capacity. There is a full set of fitted bedding, sheets, duvets and pillows for each berth.
Mechanical Systems
Located centrally under the companionway steps is the 2019 Beta Marine B1105 diesel engine. 30hp. Three cylinders. Electric start. Freshwater cooled via raw water heat exchanger. Shaft drive to a fixed three bladed prop. Single lever controls. 35L stainless steel fuel tank. New exhaust, controls, hi-level anti-syphon & engine exhaust. Regularly serviced by knowledgeable owner.

Built in 1973 by the well known Dutch Conyplex builder in Alkmaar. Painted white GRP hull. White GRP superstructure with painted non slip decks. Encapsulated long fin keel with skeg hung rudder. Wheel steering. Aft self-draining cockpit. Last surveyed in 2019 with all recommendations done.
