Believed to have been built by Frank Knights Boatyard, Woodbridge in 1974.

Known as an Aldeburgh beach boat, she was a working vessel most likely used for fishing the inshore waters of the Suffolk coast. A generous beam, high freeboard and a flare to the bow are all signs she was built for open water work and make her a capable and safe family boat.

New 14hp Nanni engine fitted in 2022. Recently serviced and ready for the summer.

A nice looking boat with an all paint finish giving her a work boat like feel, practical and useable but still elegant and eye catching.

• Clinker planked in mahogany all copper fastened to steam bent ash timbers
• Hull painted inside and out for ease of maintenance.
• Heavy wooden gunwhales finished in blue.
• Painted wooden thwarts with supporting knees all recently replaced.
• New painted engine box.

• Nanni Diesel 14hp twin cylinder diesel installed new in January 2022.
• Serviced in May 2024.
• Mechanical gearbox with single lever controls to a fixed 3 blade centreline propeller.
• Stainless steel 12 gallon fuel tank.
• Single 12 volt 100ah battery charged by the engine alternator.
