The S4 is the fourth generation of Class 40 from Pogo Structures, designed by Guillaume Verdier, and launched in 2021.

Design and Performance

The S4 is designed to be versatile, powerful, and most importantly, structurally reliable. Verdier combines his usual emphasis on minimum drag for offwind and light air speed with a powerful scow bow for higher average speeds throughout the wind range. BHB3 immediately found the podium with a 2^nd place in the 40 Malouine Lamotte 2021 whilst sistership Everial (#177) placed 3^rd in Class 2023.
