The Carver 500 Cockpit Motor Yacht features a maple interior, with the galley located aft and the salon forward. This design allows for easy access to the galley from the aft deck and bridge, while pushing the salon seating and entertaining areas forward. A folding bulkhead in the forward cabin conceals a small guest stateroom/den to port with convertible bunk beds. When the bulkhead is left open, the space becomes part of the forward stateroom. A sliding door in the master stateroom opens to the aft cockpit. The large U-shaped galley includes refrigeration, a convection microwave oven, granite counters, and ample storage. Additional features include a tub/shower in the forward head, an integral swim platform with a storage box, and her Cummins 450hp diesel engine that cruises at 18–20 knots.
