There is also storage shelves outboard port & starboard, a hanging locker, bureau and ensuite door to the head. The head is just aft to port with a second door to the main cabin. There is a marine toilet, sink, shower, and storage. The main cabin has L-shaped settee to port with a drop-leaf centerline dining table. There is also a single settee to starboard. Headroom in the main salon is 6'4". The cabin is finished in varnished teak and ash cabin sole. There is storage lockers outboard port & starboard and water tanks under settees. The galley is aft to port with Force Ten 3-burner propane stove w/ oven, double stainless steel deep sinks with hot & cold pressure water. There is a large icebox with 12 volt Cold Machine refrigeration and there are extensive storage areas under counter and outboard. There are electric pumps for icebox and shower drain and electric and manual bilge pumps. Starboard there is a forward-facing sit-down nav station aft of the starboard settee w/ lifting top for chart storage. Located at the nav station you'll find a Raymarine Pathfinder Plus RL70C, Raymarine RN300 GPS, a Uniden portable VHF, a Westmarine VHF600dsc VHF radio, and a Kenwood AM/FM/CD stereo radio. Outboard of the nav station are the circuit-breaker 12 volt DC and 120 volt AC panels. The boat includes 2 group 27 house batteries with a solar panel trickle charger and a single cranking battery for the motor. Aft to starboard is the quarter cabin with a double berth, sink with hot & cold pressure faucet, hanging locker and bureau drawers. Above deck, the boat has an Isomat aluminum double-spreader tapered mast and boom with stainless steel rod rigging replaced in 2009. She has a Navtech hydraulic backstay and sports hi-tech internal halyards and reef lines led aft through rope clutches to a pair of Lewmar #43STA winches on the cabin top and a total of seven Lewmar racing winches. The sail inventory includes 3 spinnakers, 3 genoas, a staysail and a main. All sails are in very good condition. In the cockpit, there is a 42" double spoke wheel, a Raymarine Autohelm 7001 with a 32,000 lb. linear drive, and Raymarine ST60 readouts for wind direction, depth, and speed.
