Broker Comments

Owner’s personal effects are excluded from the sale

Vessel has benefited from two extensive refitsand. The owner has always employed professionals to care for the yacht and oversee the two major refits. All boat systems are well cared for, including A/C, generator and holding plate refrigeration. The exterior was repainted during the second refit, and again in 2017, and interior varnished where required. She has a nearly new main engine. She is fully equipped and prepared for offshore cruising.

OWNER COMMENTS

This vessel offers all the design benefits of a semi-custom Bristol yacht - classic styling, rugged construction, beautiful teak woodwork, shallow draft, excellent performance and very spacious interior layout. The yacht's sea kindly hull form performs well in a wide range of conditions and can be handled by a couple. Her custom keel centerboard, with only 5' 4” of draft (board up), assures access to thousands of harbors not available to most sailing yachts of similar size. The centerboard is only lowered to enhance on-the-wind performance. She can be sailed to windward without the board lowered and the yacht's stability is not reduced with the board raised.
