BROKERS REMARKS: Senior Moment is the youngest Oceanis 45 we have, being a 2018 model, and the only one available. You can see where this is going.. Basically, we expect this yacht to be under offer quickly, as the 45 is arguably the best all-rounder in the fleet. Pretty looks help also! Sailing is remarkably straight forward, with the all-important electric halyard winch, a bow thruster to assist in marinas, air conditioning to cool off when docked. What's not to love?? The owner is highly motivated to sell, hence the extremely attractive price. Oh and one more thing...there is ZERO storm damage in this yacht.. The owner is massively motivated to sell.
