Recently several investments have been made by her owners such as, new set of sails, upholstery salon and aft cabin and MFD chartplotter.
Thanks to her shallow (1.30m) keel, this Oceanis 31 has an enormous sailing area and is ideally suited for shallower waters. The cockpit is of generous dimensions thanks to its considerable width (3.39m) and there is an easy step up via the swim platform. The ergonomics are very good, the helmsman is within easy reach of the sheet winches and through the autopilot you can leave this place to hoist the mainsail or bring the fenders inboard. The gangways are wide and feature a sturdy teak foot rail and handles on the roof. On the book is a deep anchor box with electric windlass, ideal for when you like to anchor.
The interior is spacious for her "small" length, with on the port side the galley with 2-burner stove, oven and top loading refrigerator with freezer compartment and double sink with hot/cold running water. To starboard is the navigation corner equipped with VHF, Multifunction display (speed/wind/depth) among others.
The salon is cozy with convenient longitudinal storage space, the windows in the hull give a cozy atmosphere. In the bow is a double V-bed with closet space (1 closet removed, can be put back) and storage space under the bed. In the stern we find the owner's cabin, here you sleep in width so that both have sufficient height and is of luxurious dimensions that even larger ships do not have (2.24x1.69m!!) Also a handy space in the stern with window for the alarm clock has been thought of.
On the other side we find the wet room, equipped with shower and toilet.
