The Beneteau First 305 offers six berths in three cabins with full headroom. The forward cabin has a V berth with infill, to make into a double berth with storage below, a hanging locker and a deck hatch.
The saloon has two settee berths with a central table with drop leaves that can comfortably seat six people. There is storage under and behind the settee berths.
The navigation station is to Starboard with an array of instruments, large navigation table and storage for navigation books. Aft of the Navigation Station is the heads compartment with a marine toilet, wash-basin with pressurised cold water and 42-litre holding tank.
The galley is aft and to Port. It has twin stainless steel sinks, two burner gas hob with grill (2013), gas hoses replaced 2018, 240V Microwave (2013) with grill and coolbox. There is a collapsible water tank that holds approx 60 litres Teak fit out below. Teak and holly saloon floor. Upholstered in Blue/Grey Draylon and is curtained throughout. There is also an Eberspacher D1 diesel cabin heating system fitted.
The aft cabin has a double berth with storage beneath and hanging locker. Companionway steps lead up to the cockpit which can seat six people.

Only had three previous owners.
