WALKTHROUGH

A great looking and stylish yacht with many practical updates and improvements which will be a benefit her next owner. There are two double staterooms plus a VIP suite accessed by a forward stairway by the lower helm. The full beam master stateroom is mid-ship with a private stairway off the portside of the salon. Some of its features are His and Her separate ensuite with a shower on one side and a jacuzzi tub on other side. A walk-in closet is to port forward and excellent hull side windows just above water level and treated with electric blinds, a chaise lounge, a desk, and a 50-inch TV.

The main deck has a nautical décor with wide-planked, light colored wood laminate flooring and Sea-color themed area rug. A L-shape settee faces aft towards the sliding glass salon doors which have three tiers and can open to basically join the salon and aft deck to double the party space. Portside of the salon has two stylish stripe upholstered chairs and a pop-up 50-inch TV with Bose surround sound. Designer nautical theme electric blinds treat the window and a large sliding matching drapery can close off the aft doors. A center cocktail table is finished in a light wood texture giving the space the feeling of an Italian Beach Club.

An Ivory granite topped banquet cabinet separates the dining area from the salon and has a circular light green glass table with 6 leather chairs. A set of refrigerated drawers are to the forward corner for easy beverage service. To the portside is a full bar with Ivory granite top and a glass display case with crystal glassware in fitted mounts. A large Blue Marlin statue is on the banquet top. Air conditioning is diffused through wood fluted valances the border the salon area and there is attractive indirect lighting in the ceiling features.

A step up forward and there is a day head to the portside followed just ahead by a Pantograph opening door to the side deck. Across to starboard is an octagonal shaped galley with granite countertops, Miele appliances, and large SubZero stainless front refrigerator. The galley has a unique opening window to the forward helm area and raised dinette. There is also a Pantograph door opening to the side deck. This is a good sized galley with generous counters and cabinets.

Furthest forward on the main deck there is a raised platform dinette with Ivory granite table top and C-shaped settee to the portside. Great place to serve as daytime desk or for a casual lunch. To starboard is the helm with two large leather electric adjustable helm chairs and full console of electronics and monitors. Behind are sliding doors to hide a couple of ships systems electrical panels.

The foredeck has a large U-shaped lounge seat with twin teak tables. There is a sturdy stainless frame which folds back into a pocket for a forward bimini shade. Ahead of the tables is a large sunlounge area.

The aft deck has the benefit of a large overhang from the extended flybridge which covers the settee and large teak table. The sole has custom snap down Infinity Fabrics woven luxury vinyl which is comfortable, practical and good looking. Stairways lead down to the hydraulic swim platform from either side.

An aft door opens to the crew quarters and machinery space or they can also be accessed from a portside door with stairway down from the side deck. Two staterooms, a dinette lounge, and separate shower and sink/head compartments along with a pair of Miele washer and dryer. Entry to the engine room is forward.

MAIN SALON

The main salon is entered from the aft deck via a tinted glass / stainless steel sliding door which can be opened in three tiers to have the option of fully merging the indoor and outdoor space or selecting separation. The main salon offers comfortable seating for owners and guests while the décor theme is nautical spirited and casually elegant. Light wood textured laminate flooring is throughout the main deck extending through the dining and galley areas.

• L-shaped settee to the starboard side facing aft is Ivory leatherette with light blue piping trim. Plush, decorative pillows are abundant, light blue color with a Seahorse is a theme seen throughout the interior.
• Two armchairs to the portside are upholstered in a designer stripe and are separated by an cabinet with black marble top containing A/V components. Just behind is a wood console containing a pop-up TV which is a 50-inch Sony smart LED.
• Cocktail table is a light wood chest with laminate gray wood top and drawer storage beneath.
• A large plush area rug by the settee is a color blend of blues and sea colors.
• Wood end table with drawer shell stone top has table lamp.
• Two blown glass blue table lamps with inside light and shades.
• Portside pop-up TV cabinet with 50-inch Sony LED Smart TV.
• Cocktail table between chairs to portside with black marble top, cabinet below with Samsung Blu-ray, Direct TV box, Apple TV, and Bose Surround Sound System.
• Beautiful décor electric window blinds on cabin sides, blue and white coral pattern, a sliding matching aft curtain can give privacy for the aft sliding doors.
• Cherrywood valances to either side of salon where the A/C vents are hidden. There is also indirect lighting and cherrywood ceiling trim and features.

DINING AREA - STARBOARD

MASTER STATEROOM

The master stateroom is a spacious full beam cabin with large hull side windows which give wonderful views of the water from the centerline berth and provide excellent natural light. The stateroom is accessed by a stairway located on the portside of the salon. At the bottom of this stairway is a landing foyer with a large storage closet (great for luggage), a full length mirror, and entry door to the stateroom. There is also a walk-in closet with full-length mirror and another closet.

This stateroom features two separate “His and Hers” heads both to the starboard side, one with shower to the forward side of the stateroom (his?), the other with a jacuzzi tub to the aft side of the room (hers?). Both luxurious heads have marble vanities with white porcelain sinks, designer fixtures, mirrors with lighting bars to either side, Tecma marine toilets, plus marble and wood trimmed soles. The side with Jacuzzi tub also has a bidet. The shower compartment has a rainhead fixture with body spray jets, a marble fixture console, and wood strip planked floor with drainage below.

Other Features:

• Centerline King berth with custom bedspread, shams, and décor pillow.
• Two nightstands with Ivory granite tops and 2 drawers below in each, port and starboard.
• Two wall lamps with shades above the nightstands.
• To portside is a beautiful chaise lounge couch and end table with Ivory granite top and shell finish table lamp with shade.
• To starboard side is a desk with view out the hull side window, just aft is a adjustable standing lamp with shade next to the entrance to the “His” head.
• The windows are treated with electric blinds and there are also blackout roll down shades.
• Centerline aft is an cabinet with Ivory granite top and above is a inset and wood framed Sony 50-inch TV with Bose Surround Sound system. Inside the cabinet is a Oppo Blu-ray player, Apple TV, Direct TV receiver, and the Bose system.
• Forward to the portside is a walk-in closet with drawer storage inside.
• Carpeting is a plush white thick pile with custom tailored snap down coco mat runners. This is the same on the stairway leading down to this stateroom.

GUEST STATEROOMS

There are three more double berth Guest Staterooms ensuite forward down a separate stairway by the helm area. This forward stairway is beneath the boats forward deckhouse windows and benefits from the natural light through the windshield. The two side guest double berth ensuite staterooms are one step aft of the stairway landing. Both of these side staterooms have fold down single pullman berths in addition to their double berths.

The forward VIP suite is large and luxurious with an offset Queen berth, built in nightstands and cabinetry with stone tops.

CREW QUARTERS

The crew quarters are entered via aft locking transom door or from the portside deck fiddle door down a small ladder to some steps. There are two crew cabins, one to the starboard side has a single bunk with the portside forward cabin having full sized upper and lower bunks. This room has a safe, reading lights, opening portlight, and drawers beneath the lower berth. The starboard side stateroom has a single bunk.

A booth style dinette with wood table is to portside aft with a 24-inch Vision TV, which can pick up the ship’s cameras as well as TV programs. An Azimut ships monitoring touchscreen panel, 10” Garmin touchscreen, underwater light controls, a Fusion Apollo RA770 stereo, clock, and camera. Across is an Isotherm refrigerator and stainless sink with storage cabinets.

There is a head compartment with marble vanity sink and mirror, then a separate shower room across the companionway with mirror vanity area and shower compartment with wood strip drain sole.

Moving aft is the laundry with a set of Miele Touchmatic front loading washer and dryers and an ironing station. This whole area has the snap down coco mat floor runners and there are fold down scuba tank racks along the walls by the stairway.

LOWER HELM STATION and DINETTE SETTEE

FLYBRIDGE EQUIPMENT

This 95’ Azimut has a great flybridge entertaining area which has been substantially upgraded including a deluxe outdoor kitchen, full bar area with stools, two beautifully finished wood dining tables which can be leaf joined into one with molded seating for 8 or more. There is a console on the starboard side which houses a pop-up 65” smart TV. All the cushions are the Ivory vinyl with light blue piping trim. There is a curved stairway from the aft deck which accesses the bridge. This stairway has a custom canvas enclosure which gives privacy as well as weather protection.

• Hardtop with retractable canvas center section on roller bearings and down lighting around forward and aft sides.
• Flybridge helm has a comfortable bench seat with Ivory cushions and light blue piping trim.
• Stainless venturi windshield with tinted glass.
• Forward enclosure with quarter side panels at forward bridge with U-zip openings.
• Starboard side forward has a companion L-shape bench seat with high-low lunch table which can convert to a sun lounge.
• Full-service bar with gray granite stone tops in two tiers with three mounted stainless bar seats with backrests and foot rests. Behind the bar is a sink with stainless faucet, a recently new Hoshizaki pellet Icemaker and stainless steel trash and recycling drawer.
• Outdoor kitchen to portside aft with BLAZE Stainless steel electric grill, brand new BLAZE electric smoker/oven, BLAZE two drawer refrigerator console and gray granite countertop.
• Two Source Furniture Chaise lounges and two folding deck chairs on aft flybridge.
• Opacmare 500kg davit with retractable boom.
• Two near new 8-man Viking Cannister life rafts mounted on railings with hydrostatic releases.
• Life ring and throw safety line, EPIRB.
• There is a signal mast above the hardtop radar arch with two KVH domes, radar scanner, multiple GPS antennas, Starlink, VHF antenna masts, and a single trumpet air horn.
• Aft port corner of the flybridge is an outdoor shower with retractable wand sprayer and mesh drain.
• Flybridge is surrounded by stainless railings and aft the lower sections have tinted plexus glass.

DECK EQUIPMENT

• Walk-around side decks, port and starboard with midships boarding gates. All teak decks were removed, Decks were leveled, fiberglass, faired and painted with Awlgrip non-skid.
• Polished stainless steel bow railing, fairleads, and bollard cleats.
• There is still teak on the aft near transom and on the hydraulic swim platform.
• The platform has adjustable Hurley Marine chocks and a 13’ Avon/Marine SeaSport 380DL RIB tender 2018 with Yamaha 50hp four stroke outboard with 69 hours. This is a luxury tender with console helm and Garmin GPS/map.
• From the top starboard sidestep there is a Opacmare stainless steel retractable passarelle with guidelines. Controls for this unit is in the aft deck railing.
• On the foredeck there is a U-shaped settee with two teak Thomas Anthony refinished cocktail tables. A heavy framed fold up bimini top when retracted lays into a recessed space behind the settee. Two Roswell 9” speakers, a Fusion stereo remote panel, and courtesy lighting are below the track secured seat cushions.
• Forward of the foredeck settee is a large sun pad. Beneath the bow sun pad is an emergency escape hatch from the forward stateroom.
• Forward of the sun pad are two Lofrans stainless anchor windlass with brake and chain locks mounted on a stainless steel base. The pocket anchors retract up into recessed spaces with stainless strike plates.
• Forward windshield has windshield wipers and mesh screen cover.
• Marquipt SeaStair tide-ride boarding ladder, 8-step with teak handrail.
• Emergency fire hoses in two locations on the foredeck under a pocket cabinet ahead of the sun pad and on the port side in a cabinet just aft of the engine room door.

AFT DECK and SWIM PLATFORM

• U-shaped settee on the aft deck with Ivory cushions with light blue piping.
• Large rectangular Thomas Anthony refinished high gloss teak table with stainless steel base stands.
• All the teak outside tables mentioned have fitted white canvas covers as do the seating consoles.
• White mesh privacy curtain/sun screen is fitted from a track on the overhead to the transom.
• The deck is non-skid finished and has custom tailor-fitted coco mat cover.
• Roswell 9” speakers are flush mounted in the overhead.
• Starboard side forward on the aft deck is a walk-up bar with gray solid surface countertop and below a stainless front Isotherm drink refrigerator.
• YachtSign lighted stainless and acrylic transom art (may be excluded).
• SeaView underwater lights, (6) with multicolor controller.
• Stairs from port and starboard side of settee down to the swim platform, with stainless swing gates at the top of the stairs.
• Lofrans mooring capstans port and starboard with stainless bollard cleats.
• Two Glendinning 100amp shore power cords deploy from beneath the bottom step of either stairway.
• Cameras are on the aft deck for security and in the corners aft for docking assist.
• There are also cameras on both side decks.

This attractive 95’ Azimut has benefitted from over 1 million dollars in refits over the past few years with practical usage as the criteria. “SEA HACK” has had only three owners since new with low original hours, never chartered, and an original USA delivery with 60 cycle electrical system. CAT C-32 ACERT power, Kohler generators, ASEA power converters are all in top condition.
