Main deckhouse allowing maximum day light in also provides a shelter for the owner's cabin. Owner's cabin, being located in the aft area, has the advantage of benefiting from the full width and private access from the deck area through the Owner’s study. 

Right outside the owner's cabin two guest's cabins flanked on port and starboard side accommodating a total of 4 people.

In front of guest cabins, reaching the upper deck saloon, via 6 step stairs up. The upper deck salon, having two sofas facing each other, creates a cozy environment.

Her hull has been constructed in steel and the construction is progressing well at Ark yacht facility in Bodrum, Turkey. Her interior layout , exterior paint, rigging options and her specifications, can easily be configured together with the shipyard. Having completed the hull construction engineering and lowering the lead time up to 7 months, the new owner can enjoy a brand new 40 mt classical sailing yacht being delivered within 14 months after contract signing.
