The owners live abroad and come to Belgium several months a year to cruise the european canals. After spending their vacations on the boat, the boat is always taken back out of the water and placed in dry storage at the boatyard.

The boat has a new thickness survey of the hull below the waterline at ~4.2mm average thickness and new antifouling for this season.
The wheelhouse and salon have a helm station with full instrument panel and a comfortable L-shaped settee and height-adjustable table. The mahogany interior is in nice condition and has headroom of 1.93 m. in the salon and forepeak and 1.80 m. in the aft cabin. The forepeak also has a comfortable seating area and a table that can be lowered to make a spacious V-berth.
The galley has nice countertops and a large sink, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer and spacious cabinets.
The aft cabin has a double bed ~200 x 130 with mattress, closet space and a bench seat. The bathroom has a Jabsco marine toilet, sink and shower enclosure with floor drain.
Other equipment includes an air heater (Eberspacher diesel) and propane water heater for hot water in the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor shower on the aft deck.
