Built by American Marine, who are famous for their Grand Banks trawlers, the Laguna 10M is a sport cruiser with a cockpit large enough for fishing, and a versatile interior layout that can take a family in comfort. The construction is up to Grand Banks' usual high standards, and the golden Burmese teak interior is warm and welcoming.
This boat is still in the hands of its original owner, who has made many upgrades over the years, with perhaps the most important being the replacement of the original engines with a pair of 300HP Cummins 6BTA turbo diesels. The hull was stripped, given an expoxy barrier coat, and then redone in a high-gloss powder blue LP enamel that contrasts nicely with the high-gloss white on the superstructure, so this vessel has plenty of life left in it.
The owner has kept records of all the work done, along with surveys that have been conducted over the years, so the history is well documented.
Now he has bought a larger vessel, so this one must be passed on to a new home.

Forward cabin has a raised V-berth with filler cushion, port & starboard hanging lockers, and a privacy door.
Aft to starboard is a head compartment with a shower, vanity, and a Vacuflush W.C.
Opposite to port is a small galley with SS sink.
Aft there are U-shaped dinettes to both port and starboard, in which the pedestal tables lower to convert into two double berths.
Up two steps into the deck house where there is a helm to starboard, behind which is a wet bar, and a settee opposite to port. The wet bar has wine storage racks, and a new ice-maker.
Moving outside there is a spacious cockpit with teak planks underfoot.
