The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 379 needs little introduction - a mainstay of Jeanneau's hugely successful recent range, the 379 has been praised for its performance orientated characteristics, sharp looks and comfortable layout options.

"Rhapsody" is the 2 cabin ‘Owners’ version with two double cabins and boasts a substantial specification and has received a rolling cycle of recent renewals and upgrades. These include new upholstery throughout, new sea cocks and skin fittings throughout and a saildrive overhaul including a new saildrive seal. Well equipped with many sought after options such as cabin heating, bow thruster, full Raymarine electronics suite with a colour plotter and autopilot, an electric halyard winch, a full cockpit enclosure and a good sail wardrobe including a recent heavy weather/storm jib and inner forestay.

Forward cabin: The forward cabin has a double Vee berth. Deep shelving along each side of the berth and overhead opening deck hatch. Hanging & shelved locker to port and lockers with book self over to starboard. Door leading through to the saloon

Saloon: U shaped seating area to starboard with central dining table with drop leaves (convertible to double berth) and straight settee berth/seat to port. Fixed and opening portlights, overhead opening deck hatch. Outboard closed lockers along each side providing ample storage.

Nav area: At the aft end of the bench seating lies the chart table with internal chart storage and adjacent main electrical panel.

Galley Area: L shaped galley to starboard with splash-back, double stainless steel sinks with covers, hot and cold pressurised water supply with S/S mixer tap (Tap new in 2021), Large top opening fridge with freezer compartment, gimballed 2 burner Eno Gas cooker with oven (Cooker New in 2021). Ample storage lockers.

Heads: The roomy heads compartment is located at the foot of the companionway step to port, equipped with a separate shower area with screen, shower fitting and pump out. Manual Jabsco sea toilet (New toilet in May 2021) with holding tank. Basin with hot and cold water supply.
