Cast iron swing keel enabling sailing in coastal and inland waters, with the ability to dry out and sit upright if required. A substantial centre line skeg is fitted to protect the propeller and rudders when the yacht is dried out.

Designed by Humphreys Design & Northshore Design Office. The Southerly 35RS boasts an impressive sail plan; the fractional rig combines a self tacking furling jib and a large powerful mainsail. This ensures the yacht can be easily sailed by two people. For lighter airs, a gennaker can be flown from a short, removable bowsprit.
