The Seadog 30 is a solid, well built cruising yacht. With a centre cockpit and aft cabin, they make ideal family boats. This example has been in her present ownership for ten years, has been extensively refitted with a continual programme of upgrade and maintenance and is presented in very good order throughout.
Accommodations
The accommodation offers up to four berths in two cabins. Heads in fore peak with Jabsco sea toilet, sink with hot and cold supply, stowage cupboard to port with shelves and stowage forward, hanging locker to starboard and opening hatch to foredeck. Opening porthole forward. Deck vent. Saloon with settee berths port and starboard with stowage above, outboard and below. Removable cabin table.Taylors cabinheater with tiled bulkhead. Drinks cabinet to starboard. Deck hatch with vent. Galley to port with stainless steel sink with hot and cold water supply, Nelson oven with 2 burners and grill, full size 12 volt refrigerator (new 2010). Generous stowage above and below. Chart table to starboard side with chart drawer below. Four Vetus deck vents. Steps up to self draining centre cockpit with seating and stowage lockers to port and starboard side. Steps leading to aft cabin with double berth. Stowage above and below. Two Vetus deck vents. Full interior lighting. Carpets.
Both cabins and cockpit have been refitted to a very high standard and therefore the accommodation is presented in excellent condition throughout.
Mechanical Systems
Located under the cockpit sole. Perkins 4107 37hp diesel engine (rebuilt 2003). Electric start. Shaft drive to fixed three bladed propeller. Fresh water cooled. Single lever engine controls. Rope cutter. Cruising speed 5 knots. Maximum speed 7 knots.

Construction
Built in 1972 by Reg Freeman Yachts to a design by Reg Freeman. White GRP hull with teak rubbing strake. Blue GRP superstructure with treadmaster non-slip to decks. Self draining centre cockpit with seating and stowage under.Teak coachroof grab rails. Triple keel arrangement with ballasted encapsulated moulded central long keel and hollow bilge keels forming the integral fresh water storage tanks. Wheel steering to keel hung rudder.
