This vessel was SOLD on June 28. **Motivated seller, open to reasonable offers ** This beautiful 22-ft. (26-ft. with bowsprit) gaff headed sailboat was hand-built by her owner. She was first launched in 2009. The vessel was modeled after the renowned Amigo by Glen L Marine and with a few design modifications, displays the features and benefits that made that pocket cruiser design so successful. Two of the attributes that stand out are the standing headroom throughout the cabin area and the fact that the boat is trailerable. Interior cabin headroom is 6"-0". The dual-axle custom trailer is included and simplifies launch and retrieval. Underway, there's 250 sq. ft. of sail area to take advantage of good sailing conditions. The round-bilge, full keel hull design cuts water easily and makes this gaff rig sloop capable of serious long-distance offshore cruising yet exceptionally easy to single hand. The marinized Mitsubishi L2E engine shows a mere 21 hours as the owner has sailed her sparingly throughout the last few years. The seller is meticulous about upkeep, keeping the interior and exterior in a pristine condition. When the vessel is not in use, the owner keeps a cover over the vessel regardless of the season. Accommodations include a large front vee-berth and a mid-ship convertible dinette. An enclosed head with privacy curtain as well as a pressurized water sink in the galley provides comfort and convenience. The cabin interior has beautiful woodwork which gives the boat a classic, warm and comfortable feel. The strip-planked hull exterior is finished in bright white and light and dark blue.
