Overview Cockpit, Main Deck, & Crews' Quarters

The Owners of this custom-built MegaYacht recently invested over $1.0 MM, in a complete Refit of the Interior, as well as other major Mechanical $& Electrical systems.

The Interior itself saw a complete make over..With new carpet, a "KENZO-STYLE" Interior, New Sofas in the Main Salon, New Dining Area, and more.

At the aft end of this sleek 107-foot hull is the Cruising Cockpit, which provides access to the swim platform, and is perfect for scuba, fishing, and all the water sports.

The Engine Room is just forward and down a few steps through a water-tight door.  The twin MWM-Deutz diesels (@ 1960 HP) were just majored, and have only 10 hours of running since.  There are two new diesel gen sets (@ 50 kW), and the entire space has been detailed, including the installation of a new SS overhead.

Up a few steps on the starboard side of the cockpit, and you're on the spacious, full-width Aft Deck, with its large L-Shaped Settee, seating 10 guests comfortably, with a  gleaming oval teak table - for dining or cocktails.

Forward and through a full-height sliding glass bulkhead, is the full-beam, 30 foot long Main Salon.  With high headroom (almost 7 feet) and large windows, there is lots of light to illuminate several seating areas to entertain over 30 guests. To Port is a long, angled bar, with seating in comfortable custom-upholstered chairs.

To Starboard is a seating area and table for another 10 guests, and, at the forward end of the beautifully teak-paneled Salon is the Media/Conversation area - with two opposing sofas, separated by a round glass and teak table.

Just forward of the Main Salon, and to starboard is the Day Head, or Powder Room, moving further forward, and along a wide companionway, and past the Raised Pilot House, you enter the very comfortable and casual "Country Kitchen."

The full Galley, with all the necessary and latest appliances are built in along the aft bulkhead.  A ceramic 4-burner, counter-top range and oven are built into a large granite top Center Island, which provides an efficient work area, and separates the Galley from the forward Banquette and L-Shaped Settee, with plenty of storage under.

Stairs to starboard lead to the Crews' Quarters, with a Captain's S/R and en-suite head and shower aft of the stairway.  Another Crew S/R is forward and to Port, and there are two V-Berth and another head and shower forward.

Overview: Upper Deck F/B & Pilot House

The Upper Deck has been remodeled to accommodate 40 guests in comfort and style.

The aft end of the Flybridge is now totally open, with all the Jet Skiis and other toys moved to the Forward Deck; the area is also covered in a newly built Hardtop.

The forward portion of the Flybridge is also covered, but with a traditional "Bimini Top," which is supported, in part, by a center Mast Island, which houses a refrigerator/Freezer, sink, and storage.  Long, L-shaped seating is built in to port and starboard, with lots of storage under.  The Helm Station is on the center-line, and stairs on the starboard side lead down to...

The Raised Bridge or Pilot House, which is located in the center of the vessel, but above the main deck, and which is the lower helm or steering station.  A complete Electronics display is built in to the teak console, and a comfortable Bench Seat provides space for a few guests to observe the course of the Yacht while underway.

Lower Accomodations

The Master & Guest Staterooms are accessed via an artistic Plexiglass and SS Handrail at the forward end of the Main Salon...

The full-beam Master Stateroom has a King Size Berth, with custom bedspread and shams, flanked by twin custom built-in nightstands, with burled maple columns, and an upholstered headboard with burled maple trim - fitted into the mirrored bulkhead behind the headboard.

The port side has a built-in settee, with maple dressers on each side.

To starboard is a vanity/desk, with dressers on each side.  Two large (12" X 24") opening Port lights (which are large enough to use as escape hatches) are installed on each side, and provide natural light throughout.

There are "His & Her" Heads accessed through radius-top maple doors on either side of the Master Berth.  In the center of the Master Head is a large jacuzzi tub/shower, with a glass enclosure on each side.   The vanities tops are honeycomb granite, with "Bottincino" marble inserts in shower and vanities.  Faucets are chrome and chrome-plated.

There is recessed robe lighting and "Hunter-Douglas" roman shades, and large aromatic cedar closets.  There is a built-in entertainment center, with a TV, Stereo. CD player, and dual speakers.

The Starboard Guest Stateroom features a Queen-Size berth, with custom bedspread, shams and headboard, with maple night stands with marble inserts on each side.  There is a cedar-lined closet, and a full head and shower/with glass enclosure, and a sink built into a honeycomb granite vanity top.  There is a build-in entertainment system, with a full A/V system.

Across the hall, is the Port Guest Stateroom, with Twin Berths - with custom bedspreads, shams, upholstered headboards, and storage under.  Between the Berths is the entrance to the Port Guest Head, with marble top vanity, shower, and toilet.

There is a built-in entertainment center, with a TV and a full A/V system.  There is a cedar-lined closet, and rope light for accent lighting.

Amidship and to starboard is the "Children/Nanny Stateroom" with an Upper and Lower Berths, and a cedar-lined hanging locker.
