This innovative cat needs a substantial refit and is a project boat. The price reflects its current condition. It has been on a mooring for a few years now and needs attention. We strongly recommend the boat be hauled for maintenance, repairs and upgrades before a bluewater passage is undertaken. The boat needs bottom paint, some fiberglass and composite repairs to hull and deck, verification of standing rigging, sails and new electronics. New Caledonia is located about 300 miles southwest and Fiji about 500 miles east where there are facilities and contractors to undertake more professional work.
