Beneteau First 30E, Great family cruiser/racer yacht, with a large beam for her size she offers great stability underway and good accommodation down below, designed by Jean Berret, Kahlua presents in great condition with a few benefits inc new dodgers and new main sail supplied by Dolphin sails in late 2021 which is cross cut construction with 3 reefs and 1 full and 3 short battens, a new Furling Genoa was also supplied at the same time, the standing rig is all in excellent order, she offers six berths in 2 cabins all with good headroom at just over 6ft, a v berth in the fwd cabin with infil make a double berth with storage underneath, aft of fwd is the heads with wet lockers behind, the saloon offers a good sized sofa with central table and drop down leafs, she had the benefit of a new Beta Diesel engine which is 20hp fitted in 2004, other features inc a liferaft all in date with next service in 2023, tender davits which are removable if required, a nice presentable yacht that will available to view by appointment.
