Trade Advertisers
- Items advertised on rightboat.com must be either owned by the selling broker / company or sold on brokerage. If a item is a brokerage item then the item must be directly listed with the owner or owner's agent. If a boat is multi agent only ONE agent may advertise the boat on rightboat.com. In the case of a dispute, the owner of the boat will have to decide.
- All boats must have evidance of current VAT status.
- All boats must have proof of CE certification.
- Images are to be original images (where possible) and not library images.
Private Advertisers
- All boat must be the property of the advertiser. (Proof of purchase includes: Paid Invoice, Bill of Sale, Builders certificate, Part One registration)
- If a boat is mortgaged this must be disclosed to the seller prior to sale.
- All boats must have evidance of current VAT status.
- Images are to be original images (where possible) and not library images.
rightboat.com is owned and run by the boat industry. We always act in the interests of users and subscribers to rightboat.com. If rightboat.com has concerns about an advert or advertiser, we reserve the right to suspend the advert/s until concerns have been settled.
