Fuel: 2 x 100 Litres Water:4 tanks holding a total of 200 gallons White Steel Hull Wheel Steering System Steel hull , sprayed with several coats of red lead epoxy primer followed by several coats of epoxy pitch prmer (above water line) > professionally sprayed with insulation foam approximate thickness is 1.5-2.5 inches. Also please note the boat was repainted in Aug 2010 and hence the paintwork is in excellent condition. Below water line, several coats of red lead epoxy primer followed by several coats of epoxy pitch primer, epoxy primer and top coat (4 coats) then damboline international (3 coats). General point to make is that all ribs run vertically not allowing moisture content to get trapped. Hence no condensation on boat. All framing is in douglas fir with finish cedar strip planking exterior to the douglas fir. |
