| General Comments | This is an excellent example of a 3 cabin flybridge motor yacht which has been lovingly cared for by its meticulous owners,with no expense spared.She is lying in Jersey and is Part One registered. Due to falling perfprmance the engines were removed in January 2004 by Sunseeker, and stripped and rebuilt by Mitchells, the UK main dealer.The rebuild included repainting and dyno-testing to full manufacturers spec.They have only run 60 hours since then. |
| Accomodation | A luxurious interior with accommodation for 6 in 3 cabins. Large stainless steel patio doors open onto curved dark blue leather seating with stowage underneath to starboard. Silk scatter cushions and curtains throughout with new cream carpets to all areas*. A large opening rear s/s window is fitted to the patio doors. Opposite to port there is a large cabinet, which divides the galley from the lower saloon and is nicely finished off with a birds eye maple surface. To port a set of gently sloping stairs lead to a well-equipped galley and utility room. The galley area has plenty of stowage with cupboards running full length and also more under the worktops. It is equipped with courtesy lights, extractor fan, s/s sink, twin electric Neff hob, Samsung 900w combination microwave*, flush fitting waste bin and a very large capacity upright ?Coolmatic? fridge with separate freezer*. The utility room* has it?s own access and is extremely spacious with a Moving forward towards the helm there is an upper saloon / dining area to the port side which is finished in grey novasuede* and has a large folding dining table in birds eye maple*. Two large skylights above the seating area open onto the flybridge deck. Opposite the upper saloon is an entertainment area finished in birds eye maple and incorporating a drinks unit, Alpine CD multi changer*, Alpine radio cassette player* and a Sky Digital Receiver*. The boats distribution panel is situated behind a Perspex panel besides the entertainment area. To starboard the well laid out helm position has a curved dark blue leather double helm seat with stowage underneath and the instruments are surrounded in birds eye maple. Opposite, chart storage draws/lockers are also finished in maple. Companionway steps incorporating floor level courtesy lights lead to the three air-conditioned / heated cabins. The port guest cabin has twin berths with stowage underneath, small bedside table with maple finish, bulkhead mirrors, hanging wardrobe, reading lights, 24v fan and opening s/s porthole (1). The en-suite shower room has a washbasin surrounded by three large mirrors, silent flush toilet* and separate shower compartment with a curved acrylic shower door, extractor fan, counter top and storage lockers. Across the companionway the starboard guest cabin also has twin berths, a small bedside table with maple finish, under-berth stowage, 24v fan, opening s/s porthole (1) and hanging wardrobe. Moving forward is the master cabin, which has an oval double berth with sprung mattress, storage drawers/hanging lockers, deck hatch (1), 24v fan, s/s port holes (2), mirrored bulkhead above the headboard, a further two full-length mirrors to each heads compartment bulkhead and an en-suite toilet/shower compartment. All cabins are furnished with new bed covers and pillow shams ? black/white/grey colour scheme. The en-suite shower room also has a washbasin surrounded by three large mirrors, silent electric flushing toilet* and separate shower compartment with a curved acrylic shower door, extractor fan, counter top and storage lockers Both the large aft cockpit sole and side deck steps are in teak*. There is also low level lighting (2), lots of stowage space under the upholstered seating*, a transom safety door leading to the extended teak bathing platform were there is a transom shower and large capacity fender locker. Engine access is made via a central hatch to the teak cockpit sole. Access to the flybridge is made from the cockpit by a stainless steel ladder with teak tread. The flybridge has a large central pilot seat and to the rear there is a wet bar area with cool box and storage boxes (2). Moving aft there is further upholstered seating. There are stainless steel guardrails and perspex spray dodgers*. VHF whip aerial (1) and Status TV antenna to arch in addition to navigation equipment.
