Cruiser accommodation	The owner's forward cabin has a central double berth, two bedside cupboards, two full height hanging wardrobes, storage lockers under the berth, two opening port holes, central ventaliation opening hatch, high and low level lighting. This cabin also has an en suite heads equipped with a corian work surface, stainless steel hand basin & taps, electric toilet and a separate shower. The second cabin provides twin berths with a central infill to convert into a double beneath the cockpit, a single full height hanging wardrobe, high and low level lighting. This cabin also has its own en-suite with an electric toilet and shower. The saloon is entered via sliding doors from the aft cockpit, on the starboard side is an adjustable table with seating for six people. Opposite is a cocktail cupboard, entertainment centre complete with TV. The upholstery in the saloon is a flame orange coloured material and the joinery is finished in a light varnished wood. Eberspacher Cabin Heating - 3 outlets (1 in the fwd cabin, 1 in the 2nd cabin and 1 in the saloon) and with a 7 day programer. The inside helm position is stepped up from the saloon and provides a double helm seat with good visibility. The aft cockpit has seating on either side (recently re-upholstered) teak decking with access to the engine bay and storage area. The flybridge is accessed via steps from the aft cockpit, providing seating for six people and large sun pad area. There are also storage lockers beneath the seating. The flybridge also has a bimini and a tonneau canvas cover.

Broker's Comments	The vendor had a full Epoxy Treatment to protect the hull in September 2008. It has had what can only be described as a total make over and is in very good condition having in excess of 60,000 spent on it. The pictures on the listing details make the upholstery appear to be a pink colour when in fact they are a flame orange colour. An excellent Flybridge Cruiser ideal for longer passage making or suited for river cruising with its unique electric folding radar arch. Must be seen to be appreciated.
