'L' shaped galley with new worktop and stainless steel splashback (new 2004), extractor fan, twin sinks, Sharp combi oven/microwave, Engel fridge/freezer. Ample cupboards and lockers, water gauge, hot and cold water system serviced by a 50 litre 3kw immersion heater/calorifier, the pump/accumulator tank was replaced in 2005. There is also a washing machine (new 2004) and holding tank situated in the lazarette.
Spacious saloon with 'L' shaped settee to port, 2nd settee and helm position to starboard, finished in cream leather (new 2004). Fixed Sharp Aquos LCD (new 2006 and with satellite and analogue/ digital outputs), Alpine stereo/CD changer and small Engel fridge and drinks cabinet.
Patio doors lead to large cockpit with enclosed full height canopy (new covers and stainless steel frame 2005), ample seating and lockers, shower, Webasto heater outlet, shore power and aerial sockets. Gas locker to port with overboard drain, twin gas bottles and fuel shut-off valves to engines and generator. Floor hatch to large lazarette containing generator, washing machine/holding tank and automatic fire extinguisher.

| Owner's Comments | "Amatheia" has had two previous owners and has been in current ownership for five years, during which "Amatheia" has been subject to extensive refurbishment and upgrades.
She has benefited from new cream leather upholstery, Berber carpets, curtains and sprung mattress. The galley has been upgraded with new work top, replacement gas hob and stainless splash back.
The engines have been subject to regular servicing and during 2007/08 the main engine and gearbox coolers were overhauled.
Over the past five years we have cruised the West Country and Channel Islands, "Amatheia" has been a joy to own and has proved to be a very capable motor cruiser.
